Technically speaking, I'm sure that Americans could be considered traitors to the Crown if they entered the UK. For second, the USA is now a seperate country, the "treason" was ended with the end of the war, which resulted in the founding of the USA, which as I mentioned is a serperate country, and one that cannot commit treason against the UK as they are not the same country under the same ruler.
